About Me

Sifu Atalick began training martial arts at the age of 9 when he stepped into his first Karate class. During his 20+ years in martial arts he has studied various martial arts such as Karate, Jiu Jitsu, Kempo, Krav Maga, Jeet Kune Do, and Tang Soo Do and held various ranks in each but none have been as important to him as Seven Star Praying Mantis kung fu which he began training at the age of 19. In the fall of 2012 he was awarded the rank of Master by Grand Master Philipman Chow, officially making him a 9th generation lineage holder of the system. He has dedicated his life to teaching and promoting Holistic Kung Fu, a system of self-cultivation that positively affects all aspects of the life of a student; improving their body and mind. Aside from working with clients around the world, he also operates his school in Niagara Falls, Canada with his wife Ralitsa. His goal is to improve the lives of his students, both local and international, by improving their health, mindset, and longevity through Holistic Kung Fu Training.
